CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 266(L&C) "An Act relating to                             
guide-outfitter and master guide-outfitter licenses; extending the             
termination date of the Big Game Commercial Services Board; and                
providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                     
                                                                               
Senator Miller moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Resources Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 4271.             
Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.
